En esta ocasi\u00f3n contaremos con la presencia del Prof. Mustafa F. \u00d6zbilgin (Brunel University)<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00edtulo: Atypical Leaders and Diversity Beliefs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>This presentation explores emergence of atypical leaders and their role in supporting and countering equality, diversity and inclusion at work. Drawing on\u00a0studies across 10 years, the presentation will explore demographic and behavioural variants of atypicality in leadership. The presentation explores the\u00a0conceptual universe or atypical leaders through moral, responsible, ally, heterodox, and toxic leaders and their followers.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Mustafa F. \u00d6zbilgin is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Brunel Business School, London. He also holds two international positions: Co-Chaire\u00a0Management et Diversit\u00e9 at Universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine and Visiting Professor of Management at Ko\u00e7 University in Istanbul. His research focuses on\u00a0workplace equality, diversity and inclusion from comparative and relational perspectives. \u00a0He has conducted field studies in the UK and internationally, and\u00a0his work is empirically grounded. His research is supported by international and national grants from the ESRC, \u00a0EPSRC, EU Horizon2020, CIPD, ACE,\u00a0ACCA, and British Academy. His work focuses on changing policy and practice regarding workplace equality and diversity. He is an engaged scholar, driven\u00a0by values of workplace democracy, equality for all, and humanisation of work.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>He has authored and edited more than 20 books and published over 200 papers in academic journals such as the British Medical Journal, Academy of\u00a0Management Review, Academy of Management Learning and Education, Journal of Management Studies, British Journal of Management, Journal of\u00a0Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Human Relations, Gender Work and Organization, and Social Science and Medicine, among others.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>He has conducted research, consultancy and training at a large number of organisations, including the House of Commons, Barclays Bank, The Bank West\u00a0Australia, Google, Halifax, the CIPD, the National Health Service, the NHS Employers, L\u2019Oreal, Tesco, the Probation Services, The UK Fire Service, the\u00a0Economist Research Unit, the OECD, the WRVS, DTI, Rio Tinto, PwC, Linklaters and ACCA.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>He served as the editor-in-chief of the European Management Review (EMR), the official journal of the European Academy of Management (EURAM), from\u00a02014 to 2018 and as the editor-in-chief of the British Journal of Management, the official journal of the British Academy of Management, for four years from\u00a02010 to 2014.
