The aim of the Master's Degree in the Artistic Heritage of Andalusia and its Impact on Latin America is to prepare highly qualified professionals dedicated to the management, interpretation, conservation, teaching and research of the artistic heritage of Andalusia and Latin American.
The MA programme doubly qualifies students, responding to social needs and developing their professional and research skills.
Professional skills adapt to occupational profiles demanded by society in relation to the protection, interpretation, enhancement and dissemination of artistic heritage in public and private cultural institutions, as well as in the business world.
Research training is conducted in the scope of scientific excellence and specialized knowledge about the artistic heritage of Andalusia and Latin American, endorsed by national and international research groups and projects linked to the MA programme.
The professional and academic opportunities offered by the MA programme focus on a large number of professional profiles related to the artistic heritage of Andalusia and Latin American for which there is currently demand.
The MA programme’s the teaching staff is formed by PhD holders with ample experience in teaching art history and conducting specialized research on the artistic heritage of Andalusia and Latin American.
The MA programme is linked to national and international research groups and projects (subsidized by the R&D&I Programme, the Andalusian Research Programme, etc.) specializing in the study of architecture, sculpture, painting, decorative arts, music, photography, films, latest artistic trends, and the artistic heritage of Andalusia and Latin American from Antiquity to the 21st century.
