10ª Jornada de Emprendimiento FCEYE 2023
Con el lema “El Reto de la Sostenibilidad”, se celebra el próximo jueves, día 2 de noviembre, en el Salón de Grados del centro.
En ella contamos con la presencia de algunas de las Startups más innovadoras de Andalucía, así como grandes empresas que fomentan el intra-emprendimiento como estrategia de innovación.
Además, se presentarán las ideas surgidas del IV Taller de Emprendimiento FCEYE sobre “El Reto de la Sostenibilidad”.
Está previsto la concesión de un premio del público a las ideas, por lo que os animamos a todos a participar y votar a la mejor idea.

ACTO DE GRADUACIÓN MÁSTER GENI CURSO 2022-2023
El próximo jueves 18 de mayo, a las 19.00 horas tendrá lugar el Acto de Graduación de nuestros estudiantes del Máster GENI 2022-2023.
El lugar es el Salón de Actos de la Facultad.
CONFERENCIA: Atypical Leaders and Diversity Beliefs. Profesor Mustafa F. Özbilgin (Brunel University)
El próximo jueves 30 de marzo a las 11:30 horas tendrá lugar, en el Salón de Grados de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Sevilla, un nuevo seminario de investigación. En esta ocasión contaremos con la presencia del Prof. Mustafa F. Özbilgin (Brunel University)
Título: Atypical Leaders and Diversity Beliefs
Abstract
This presentation explores emergence of atypical leaders and their role in supporting and countering equality, diversity and inclusion at work. Drawing on studies across 10 years, the presentation will explore demographic and behavioural variants of atypicality in leadership. The presentation explores the conceptual universe or atypical leaders through moral, responsible, ally, heterodox, and toxic leaders and their followers. Mustafa F. Özbilgin is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Brunel Business School, London. He also holds two international positions: Co-Chaire Management et Diversité at Université Paris Dauphine and Visiting Professor of Management at Koç University in Istanbul. His research focuses on workplace equality, diversity and inclusion from comparative and relational perspectives. He has conducted field studies in the UK and internationally, and his work is empirically grounded. His research is supported by international and national grants from the ESRC, EPSRC, EU Horizon2020, CIPD, ACE, ACCA, and British Academy. His work focuses on changing policy and practice regarding workplace equality and diversity. He is an engaged scholar, driven by values of workplace democracy, equality for all, and humanisation of work. He has authored and edited more than 20 books and published over 200 papers in academic journals such as the British Medical Journal, Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Learning and Education, Journal of Management Studies, British Journal of Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Human Relations, Gender Work and Organization, and Social Science and Medicine, among others. He has conducted research, consultancy and training at a large number of organisations, including the House of Commons, Barclays Bank, The Bank West Australia, Google, Halifax, the CIPD, the National Health Service, the NHS Employers, L’Oreal, Tesco, the Probation Services, The UK Fire Service, the Economist Research Unit, the OECD, the WRVS, DTI, Rio Tinto, PwC, Linklaters and ACCA. He served as the editor-in-chief of the European Management Review (EMR), the official journal of the European Academy of Management (EURAM), from 2014 to 2018 and as the editor-in-chief of the British Journal of Management, the official journal of the British Academy of Management, for four years from 2010 to 2014. Publications
All accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings with a DOI and ISBN number. They will be published in open access by UPV Press and submitted to be indexed in major international bibliographic databases. The previous edition is already indexed in the Thomson-Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index –Web of Science Core Collection (former ISI Proceedings).
A special issue in Journal of Marketing Analytics will be tied to this conference
Reunión informativa sobre segundo cuatrimestre 2022-2023
El próximo lunes 30 de enero de 2023 tendrá lugar una Reunión Informativa para los/as estudiantes del Máster GENI matriculados en el curso 2022-2023. En esta reunión abordaremos cuestiones relacionadas con las Asignaturas Optativas, el Trabajo Fin de Máster y las Prácticas Extracurriculares.
Lugar y hora de celebración: Seminario Francisco Cossío, 3ª planta de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales. De 17.00 a 19.00 horas
