  • Length & Structure: While there is no rigid page count, students should remember this is a 24 ECTS thesis (equivalent to ~4 months of full-time work). A well-structured report under 50 pages is recommended.

📌 Documentation and Submission Procedure

To complete official thesis registration at the US Faculty of Physics Secretariat, students must submit:

 

  1. Official Registration Form: Completed Annex V.B (PDF).
  2. Digital Copies: 3 PDF copies of the thesis memory saved on CDs.
  3. Hard Copies (3 printed copies):

    • Defending in Seville: Submit the 3 hard copies directly to the Faculty of Physics Secretariat.
    • Defending in Barcelona: Hand over the 3 hard copies to the UB Master's coordinator (Prof. X. Roca-Maza) for direct distribution to the board.
  4. Supervisor Report: The thesis advisor must submit the Supervisor Assessment Report - Annex VI.B (PDF) to the board chair or program coordinator prior to the defense.
